It is a panoramic, bright apartment with large perimeter balconies. It is very central in the context of the Residence and everything is easily accessible. Entering the house we find a hallway that takes us to the living room of the house. On the left we find the kitchenette, very functional and complete with everything needed: crockery, plates, glasses, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window overlooking the perimeter balcony fills the whole room with light. The living room has a sofa that offers two single beds when opened, and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. The apartment has a full bathroom. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with window and balcony with sea view. The wardrobes and chests of drawers are tasteful and very functional. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the room can accommodate a cot if necessary. Adjacent is the bedroom with two single beds. The house is cool and breezy and is also equipped with air conditioning. Guest access Holiday Apartment Kair Trilo is offered as photos. Here, after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given directions to reach the Residence where you will be given behavioral information and the keys to the apartment. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT For each booking we will be happy to offer a mini-cruise "Sperlonga" or "Gaeta" or "San Felice Circeo" for a maximum of 2 free tickets in the 9 am time slot and a maximum of 1 free tickets in the other time slots. Places on the boat are limited and we guarantee tickets subject to availability. The mini-cruise will be possible from Monday to Friday. Other things to note The tennis courts, the five-a-side football pitch, a huge panoramic swimming pool for adults and children with lifeguard service, solarium, active from 01/06 to 27/09, the shuttle service to reach the town center active from 01/06 to 27 /09, everything is available. The beach establishments active from 01/05 to 30/09, chosen on the Levante beach a few steps from the Cave of Tiberius, are also included in the price. All inclusive is to leave the guest with the sole obligation of having fun and relaxing by the pool or on the beach in the company of a good book or with friends. For the three-room solution, the Belvedere beach is included and it will be possible to reach it with the residence shuttle. At a fully stocked minimarket of the Residence (9-11.30am/3.30pm-7.30pm) it is also possible to buy basic necessities such as bread, fresh milk, raw materials and packaged food without necessarily reaching the center of Sperlonga, the -market is open from 26/06 to 03/09 and is available to guests for every need. Each apartment has an assigned parking space near the accommodation. Services and comforts also in safety: in fact, the price includes the cost of the insurance valid for all guests of the residence for the entire duration of the stay. Sperlonga City Tax We remind our kind guests that the tourist tax is in force and paid entirely to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is €3.50 per day for people over 18 and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It must be paid in cash upon check-in. A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate: - arrival time in Sperlonga, - specific requests - inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organised. Extra charges Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as well as linen for both the bathroom and the bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days, the weekly change of linen is included in the price. Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere bathing establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the town and is in Str. d'Angolo. House Rules The offices are open from 10 am and after having registered and paid the balance, it is possible to immediately take advantage of the services such as a parking space and a bathing establishment included in the price. The check-in time at the house is fixed from 3 to 8 pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for late check-ins from 8.00pm onwards. Check-out is expected by 10:00 and does not include any service on that day Our house is very well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house. If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or debit card is required on which a deposit of €200 is pre-authorized for any damages. If you do not have a card, this amount can be paid in cash at check-in. It will be fully refunded after the final cleaning after check-out. Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution per animal of €20 per night will be requested up to a maximum of €100 per animal depending on the related extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.
