Doux Abri - “sweet shelter” in French - is a cozy 6-bedroom chalet on the heights of Morzine. It offers a beautiful view on the station, yet is only 1km away from Pléney lift and 1.5km from Super Morzine. In Winter, the free shuttle stops just nearby. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are en-suite, the chalet comfortably fits 12 people. Needless to say that the hot tub and sauna will be particularly appreciated after a day skiing, hiking or biking. The space Doux Abri was recently refurbished and offers a traditional yet modern design. This chalet features 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have en-suite bathrooms and 1 with a separate bathroom. The living room is a cozy space with a fireplace. A sauna, a hot tub as well as a boot room are also at your disposal. The home truths No home is perfect and in all honesty, here are the lowdowns of this place : - The dining table sits only 8 people. - The chalet is 1km away from the centre of Morzine. - The beds are smaller than queen size beds: 150x200cm. - Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property. - End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. Guest access The living area of 170sqm is spread across 3 levels, with a balcony near the living room from which you can admire the station. A set of towels and sheets per person is included. No daily cleaning is inclusive. The beds are smaller than queen size beds: 150x200cm. The chalet is 1km away from the center of Morzine. Other things to note COVID-19 Relevant Information In these special times, your safety and comfort are our priority more than ever. By nature, Emerald Stay homes are perfectly suited to host your next stay: all our homes are equipped with high speed wifi (>20MB/s), limited face-to-face interaction thanks to our technology-enabled homes, etc. We enhanced our existing cleaning processes, following guidelines from the WHO and taking into consideration the lifespan of the virus depending on the surfaces. Best practices for safety and sterilization have been implemented: - We maintain a distance of at least 1 meter with anyone. - We wash our hands using proper techniques every time we enter a home. - We wear appropriate equipment (mask and gloves). - Our limited cleaning team is fully trained to comply with the current regulations. - We use specific cleaning products, including the virucidal product EN 14476 on high-touch surfaces (remote controls, door handles, fridge doors, chair armrests, etc). - We use disposable paper towels where possible and ensure that any cleaning cloths are properly laundered between uses (minimum at 60°C). - We remove all consumables such as toiletries during each clean, regardless of whether they appear to be used. - Our towels and linen are properly laundered: at a high temperature and with specific products to eliminate any virus. - Our homes are frequently ventilated. - We regularly disinfect all shared touch-points within common areas of the building and have closed gyms, pools, and other communal spaces.
