Built in 1910, Sea Song Cottage is a stylish, cosy, well appointed two bedroom holiday home. With a large private garden, it's suitable for up to 5 people and a baby. Located on a quiet, pretty street in the historic town of Broadstairs, it's just an 8 min walk to the station, 15 mins to the sandy beach of Viking Bay and pubs and restaurants are close by. A bright and calming space with room to relax, dine and enjoy, Sea Song Cottage is the perfect place to make happy seaside memories! The space Beautifully decorated, the open plan space has a lounge with a Skandi style sofa bed and dining room with a rustic table and seating for six. Leading onto the galley kitchen with Bosch oven, slimline touch ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The bathroom is downstairs, with underfloor heating and access to a gravel patio and large garden and bike store. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, the master has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, hair dryer, bedside storage and dressing table/desk. Bedroom two has a large set of bunks, an adult sized single bed, wardrobe, night lights and garden view. Warm and cosy, there is double glazing throughout and an electric stove and blankets in the lounge for those winter months curled up on the sofa. Fresh linens and towels are provided and for those with small children, there is a travel cot, bed guard, high chair, booster seat, black-out blind and kids kitchenware. If you're travelling with a larger group, you may also want to book our sister property, Shoemakers Cottage in Ramsgate and meet your friends and family at the beach! Shoemakers also sleeps 5 with an additional sofa bed and cot. A spacious, stylish mini warehouse conversion with a sunny tiled courtyard, it's just a 10 minute walk to the beach, marina and town centre. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note The house is an end of terrace with a side gate access for those with bicycles or buggies. You may store your bikes in the shed provided at the bottom of the garden. If you come by car but plan to leave it at the cottage and walk to the beach, there is a shopping trolley provided so you can wheel your stuff to and from the beach, so no need to carry anything heavy. There are also many shops and cafes along the way. If you want to go further afield on foot, hop on the Loop bus which takes you all around Thanet.
