The holiday house Fiete XXL can accommodate up to 16 guests in a central location on the beautiful island of Rügen. Take your whole family and friends on a well-deserved vacation and relax away from any city noise. Not far from the most beautiful sandy beaches and attractions of the island, the cottage is located in the quiet place of Sagard. The space The double vacation house Fiete includes the two separate units Fiet 1 and Fiet 2, whose room layout is identical. The holiday home is spread over 2 floors with unobstructed views of the Brunnenaue park. The small garden with a sunny, wind-protected seating area invites you to relax. Each of the two units is spacious with 120 square meters of living space suitable for up to 8 guests and well equipped: 3 separate bedrooms, large living area with adjoining separate dining room and Wi-Fi. The units each have the following amenities: Three separate bedrooms, a large living area with adjoining dining area, built-in kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet, utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer , Wi-Fi, garden with beach chair and lounge furniture, barbecue area, free car parking in front of the house and a lockable garage for bicycles. Ground floor: Large hallway, kitchen with adjoining dining area for up to 8 guests. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water kettle, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, modern ceramic hob. Plenty of storage space and countertop is present. The adjoining bright and light-filled dining and living area with the large windows offers plenty of spaciousness, comfortable seating and a 55 inch smart TV. There is also a guest toilet in this floor. Upper floor: On this floor there is a spacious family bedroom with two single beds (Fiete 1) or a double bed (180x200 cm) (Fiete 2) and one bunk bed (2x90x200cm) each. Another master bedroom ( double bed 180x200 cm) overlooking the garden towards the park "Brunnenaue" park. Another bedroom for another 2 guests (double bed 180x200 cm) with another TV. You also have a large bathroom with bath, shower, two sinks and hair dryer. All living rooms and bedrooms have windows with privacy and insect protection. Utility room and bicycle storage room in the basement: There you can use a washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer. In the lockable garage you can store your bikes or put down or dry your fishing equipment/fishing gear. Family Friendly: The house is child-friendly equipped with children's dishes, children's cutlery, with toys for the younger ones and board games for the older children. In the garden, movement toys (scooter, balance bike, various bobby car models, etc.) are available for different groups of ages. In the bicycle garage there is a large wheelbarrow ( seats for 4 small children) for free use. Cribs and high chair are provided upon prior request. The property is fenced.
