This modern studio with large windows has one double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a living room with a double sofa bed. This apartment is fully equipped with all modcons including tv, microwave, free wifi and air conditioning. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Guests have easy access to several restaurants (there's a small coffee on your doorstep), shops and grocery facilities in the area. Within a 5 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful Market (Mercado dos Lavradores) filled with tropical plants, fruits and flowers, right next to the old town and the marina. GETTING AROUND To get from/to airport, there is a aerobus stop within 3 minutes walking distance from the house or you can ask us to arrange a taxi transfer with our local and trustworthy partners. Cheaper than the airport taxis! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the property. GUEST INTERACTION We are always available for any concern you may have. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
