The space The main entrance of the house leads to a spacious living room with a built-in couch and an elegant built-in fireplace. On this floor you can also find a fully equipped, country-style kitchen of the finest quality and a smaller sitting area with a 43-inch smart TV. A charming terrace featuring a covered, sitting area with an amazing view of the sea can also be found on this level. (Area of floor: 64m2) Moving up from this floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a built-in queen size bed and the second one has both a queen aize and a single bed. These rooms are also decorated with carefully-crafted arches and provide ample closet space. This floor also offers a spacious balcony with an excellent view. (Area of floor: 50m2) The villa’s remaining floor consists of a large living room with three built in sofas/beds, a small kitchen and a storage room.
