We rent a 3 p of 45m2 independent in our house with swimming pool in la Gaude , charming village above Nice and Cagnes sur mer, near St Paul de Vence and 8 km from the beaches. A living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and an Italian shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, shared access to the pool and 2 parking spaces. Shops are 500 m away. A very quiet location for relaxing. The space The apartment has been decorated and furnished as if it had been for us. It is ideal for a restful stay with climbing or cycling. Guest access The entire space has booked you. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Parking is in an enclosed garden. The pool is to be shared with us .....but we work all week:-)...
