The space Our apartment building with 7 flats, sauna and ski storage is located on a sunny plateau some 1000 ft above Sölden, right next to the Gaislachkogel ski slope. In winter that means: wake up, get up, ski! The house is built just next to the slope! Ski down 500m and you reach Gaislachkogl bottom station. The local skischool is also located 100m down the house. And another hotspot is close: Apres-Ski bar "Philipp" with icebar, music and entertainment! If you´d like to party on just take the cable car cabin lift down to the center of town (for no charge) in 5 minutes.
