Our 3 BR, 1 bath home offers a FULL Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Newer appliances, Wifi, Streaming Capable TV's / Coffee Bar / Snacks / Water and 4K Tv's throughout the house! Living room area includes a Jack Daniel's Roundtable Bar & Dartboard area as well! This has been a hit! WEBER GRILL & Chill area Plenty of Indoor/outdoor seating The space The Great Lake Escape offers a stylish Jack Daniels Whiskey Barrel Table and Bar Stool dining area to enjoy a movie, a drink or a fun game of darts (or all of the above!). This area also doubles as a work area if need be! The home will comfortably sleep 6 if some guests are with their significant others and sleep 2 to a bed in our Master bedroom with Queen size bed, or one of the 2 Full size beds in Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3. We hope you will quickly notice the cleanliness of the home, and of course all the comforts of home! Check the Hot Spot board in the kitchen for area attractions including Food Favorites, Fun Locations, Area Attractions, Fishing spots, Nightlife and more. We we will be adding as we go to enhance our guest's stays! We have also provided a wonderful bit of entertainment in the main room including the Big Screen 65” 4k UHD TV (Streaming capable - using your personal log in credentials) w/ blue tooth sound bar in the living area (that you can also use to enjoy your favorite tunes (streaming them however you like on the fast, complimentary WIFI). You'll quickly notice "The Coffee Dock" in the kitchen. This features complimentary K cup Coffees, flavored creamers, sugars, Splenda and mugs to help get your days started....or to wind down in the evening if that's your style. We’ll add complimentary items here as they become available, but Coffees and creamers are a staple of the coffee Dock! Bedrooms are clean, cozy and comfortable with fresh soft linens and plenty of pillows! Master bedroom with Queen size Bed has a 24" HDTV provided (streaming capable / no cable). UPDATE - Added a 24" and 32" HDTV's in the back bedrooms (Streaming capable / no cable). As previously mentioned we've tried to complete your vacation stay by providing all basic, and not so basic cooking utensils and supplies! We’ll stock plenty of cooking oils to prepare your favorite dishes, and will begin to stock the home with many tasty spices so you can kick it up a notch! Grill and Chill !! The Garage area is available for outdoor relaxation with an outdoor glider, indoor/outdoor bench and Adirondack chairs and more.......and an outdoor grill area featuring an excellent Weber grill and utensils. Nothing “fancy”, but we have updated the paint and flooring for the 2023 season, and have added a 55" Wall Mounted 4K Tv to the area! Log in and watch your favorite Netflix/Hulu shows and movies and relax with a drink @ the Grill! A nice area to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening in Port Clinton, Ohio (with plenty of seating for your 6-8 guests). Be sure to check out The Hot Spot Wall in the Kitchen! We'll guide you to the best the town has to offer....as we want you back time and time again! Guest access Traveling the Neighborhood!! Foot traffic to the local park and beach is a snap with the park being 1 block away, and the beach 2 blocks away! You can choose to bring bikes and ride around town, or simply drive your Car (plenty of parking nearly everywhere you go!). A Bassett's Community Market (Groceries/Beer/Wine) is just a couple blocks away! Local taxis or an Uber could drop you at your favorite local bar or night spot, or even at the Jet Express so you can enjoy the day on the Island (and not worry about driving home upon your "spirited" return). Traveling to the area with your boat? We offer on street parking, and in driveway parking for a vehicle or two. Plan on trailering your boat to and from the Public Accesses while in town? There's room for 1 Truck/Trailer combo in the driveway (typically the 20' bass boats and Walleye Tracker style boats are perfect). Public Boat launches: 1 Public Boat Launch on Lake Shore Drive (free to launch - Lake Erie about a 15-20 min cruise up and then out the mouth of the Portage River) 1 Public Boat Launch at Catawba State Park (free to launch - Direct access to Lake Erie) 1 Public Boat Launch at Marblehead's Mazurik's Access (Free to launch - Direct access to Lake Erie) 1 Public Boat Launch at Marblehead's Dempsey's Access (Free to launch - access directly to Sandusky bay with Lake Erie a short boat ride away) Other things to note Other Details: Owner is very easy to reach, local to the Port Clinton area and happy to help however he can, as soon as possible to enhance your stay!
