We have large sectional comfortable sofa with dining table and bar sitting to accommodate a large group. We provide live channels through our 75" Smart TV by accessing YouTube and Netflix TV. There is a separated dinning room. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, Keurig, Nutribullet blender, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, and hand soaps. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soap. A CVS is nearby (15 minutes’ walk) if you need additional items for your stay. It also has a closet. Hallway Upstairs has two twin size beds that can sleep 2. The house can sleep 18 total. Outdoor: There are a gourmet gas grill that connects to the house. The gourmet grill also has a searing station. Outdoor table with cushions are provided. There are additional outdoor chairs in the garage for your convenience. RATES Monthly Rates Available, ask Owner There is new housing development in the area. As a result, there could be construction noises during weekday working hours. As a result, we have discounted our price accordingly to reflect the possible noise inconvenience. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house except the one locked owner’s closet inside the house and two locked garage storage cabinets. Garage can accommodate two cars and two additional cars in the driveway. If needed, there are parking spaces on the street.
