The apartment has been completely renovated, stylishly furnished in historical-industrial design and equipped to the highest standards. We rely exclusively on high-quality products from brand manufacturers for our apartments. The apartment also offers an extendable real leather sofa (140x190), on which two additional adults can make themselves comfortable. The kitchen is open plan and harmoniously combines living, cooking and eating in one room. In terms of function and quality, no wishes are left unfulfilled: Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave allow you to conjure up small snacks and large gourmet meals. The bathroom is designed in turn-of-the-century style and offers all modern conveniences such as rain shower and extra-quiet washing machine. The large and sunny balcony allows views over green gardens down to the banks of the Elbe River. The Elbe cycle path is within walking distance and invites you to bike, jog and stroll. Of course, internet, WLAN and cable TV are available. For a safe stay, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The apartment offers a parking space in the underground garage of the building. The associated parking lot is marked with a sign and secured by a lock. Bicycles can also be safely parked in the yard. The stated rental prices are complete - the costs for water, heat and electricity, as well as internet and cable are included. Guest access Our guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Make yourself at home! In the hallway there is a locked utility closet, which holds the utensils for our service staff. For an independent arrival we leave the key to the apartment in a key box. This allows you to arrive even at a late hour. We will send you the code to open the box the day before your arrival.
