If single occupancy bedrooms are required, this must be stated at the time of booking. e.g. if there is a booking for 6 guests we will assume a 3 bedroom requirement so on arrival only 3 bedrooms will be available for use. If 2 of the rooms are for single occupancy, then the 4 bedroom rate will apply. This has to be noted and paid for at the time of booking.
