Cozy house, inserted in the countryside and close to the sea, in a rural area with capacity to accommodate 8 + 2 people with all the amenities to spend an excellent holiday in the West of Portugal, 10 minutes from the Villas of Ericeira and Mafra. The space Casa da Póvoa has 2 floors with capacity to receive 8 + 2 people. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms plus 1 suite with full bathroom and another to support the remaining bedrooms. On the ground floor is the living and dining room, kitchen equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, TV room with sofa bed that allows to accommodate 2 more people, 1 bathroom and cozy outside area with barbecue, wood oven, outdoor furniture and garden. It has a free Hi-Fi network and satellite TV. In colder seasons and for greater comfort the house is equipped with fireplace and central heating. Guest access Guests have access to all infrastructures of the house. Other things to note The animals are welcome and there is an outside area where they can remain, safeguarding the necessary care not to damage the outside space. Smoking is allowed outside the house.
