The house is surrounded by 1 hectare of land and a part at the back of the house is fenced, especially for guests arriving with pets. A wooden terrace for sunbathing, the barbecue, the large table under the trees, the swing, the place for soccer or other sports are the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments of relaxation. The house is located on the Alta Via delle Dolomiti n. 1, which runs along a stretch of about 125 km. The Belluno Dolomites Park is also crossed by the High Routes of the Dolomites n. 2 and by a network of over 200 km of CAI trails. Art and culture lovers should visit the old town of Belluno, the walled city of Feltre (30 km) and of course the main Venetian cities: Venice (100 km) unique jewel in the world; Treviso (86 km) with the beautiful facades of palaces with frescoes; Vicenza (100 km), with its Palladian architecture.
