Our wonderful home is located just minutes from downtown Indianapolis. We're in a residential area of Fountain Square, walking distance to popular bars and restaurants and so many other activities. This location provides quick access to many city attractions such as the Lucas Oil Stadium, the Children's Museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, etc. It's perfect for large groups and families with plenty of space for everything and easy free street parking for extra cars. You'll fee right at home. The space Our home was designed with guests' needs in mind. It is spacious, clean and offers plenty of sunlight. We wanted to have a place that was comfortable and felt welcoming to all. The space offers 7 bedrooms (one without a privacy door), 4 1/2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens with the essentials including teas, coffee, sweeteners and some spices. There is a kitchenette with some essentials, a microwave, a mini fridge and a countertop with space for working. For your convenience, we provide 2 working spaces and high-speed WiFi. We supply linens, towels and toiletries. In all 3 living rooms you'll find smart TVs where you can access your streaming subscription services. A driveway is available for parking one car. Guest access You will have access to both homes with private access with keyless electronic entry. Please note that units do not connect. You have access to the driveway for one car. There are two closets and a basement that are for cleaner's supply only and these are not for guest's use/access. Other things to note *There are a few steps to get into the front door. **We welcome children, however the house is not child-proof.
