We've been doing this for over 16 years in the same place, this is not a "fad" for us. If you're looking for "updated granite, chic, stainless", that's not us. Jane's Place is a cozy one bedroom, with clean soft sheets, nice towels, somethings are updated :), soft robes and lots of "extras". We try to accommodate everyone. If you must bring a pet, please book our place right next door, Jane’s Place. It’s exactly the same, nicer I think, and has a dryer. Some people have allergies so we keep this side pet free and allow 1 dog next door. Thank you for your consideration! No cats ever, please. PLEASE do a little research and know where Hot Springs is in relation to where you’re going. Recently, quite a few of our guests have been unhappy with our “location” and marked us down for it, we can’t change our location. Thank you! We are NOT a "party" house, please book elsewhere if that's your intention. Thanks. *** Outside Renovation update: Summer 24’- Our fences and gates are DONE, finally! They are beautiful! We have a fully fenced yard now. Afternoons: the gardener will be there at times, working on restoring our garden areas after the upheaval of the new foundation. Our AC units come out for the Winter 9/15 and go in by the end of June. Your "bungalow" is a cozy one bedroom apartment outfitted with a new Tuft & Needle "Mint" queen bed, (we know you'll love it!) soft cozy sheets, flannels in the winter. Your kitchen is a full kitchen, except dishwasher, and provides all you'll need to make a delicious home cooked meal. Jane stays here at times so there are condiments you are welcome to but please ask about anything in the freezer. Thanks! Basics like fresh coffee beans, teas, spices and condiments are provided. The living room is comfortable, with a table for meals or games and a 42" TV, streaming all your favorites. We've also recently added a nice futon to your living area. ****We have a fast & strong internet connection for those of you working from home. Hot Springs is located in the beautiful Little Bitterroot Valley in Sanders County Montana, 75 miles north of Missoula, about the same from Kalispell, only south and 30 miles from Flathead Lake. (Boat & RV parking are available) The terrain is considered "semi-arid", we have the most "sundays" of any county in Montana. The town of Hot Springs resides upon the Flathead-Salish Indian Reservation, a sovereign Nation. Vestiges of the old ways of life are everywhere. Jane's Place is thee best LOCATION in town. We are located DIRECTLY across the street from The Symes mineral springs, 3 blocks from Rose's Plunge at the Rec. Center and about 5 blocks from Big Medicine. There's a map for you at the house. The mineral springs in our town are world famous for their healing qualities, we are privileged to live here. Folks have been coming here for over 100 years to soak in these healing waters. "Limp in and Leap out" is our town motto. Bikes! We now have 2 bikes, they have locks, are locked, the code is at the house. There is also a gas grill in the back yard for your use. We offer "Frequent Soaker" deals, stay 6 nights and get the 7th free. Free night can not be combined with other offers, specials or discounts and can not be a stand alone stay. Please pull in straight, in front of your unit, slightly to the left in front of the window/Italian plum tree. Please do not park right in front of the porch steps, Thanks! Our guests have their own private one bedroom apartment completely furnished. The bathroom has a full bath with tub and shower, all linens and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided for soaking, please no "house towels" to the springs, thanks! We have a small fenced back yard which is shared with "Jane" if she is in town, or possibly another guest if our next door unit is booked. Your backyard has chairs, tables and an umbrella & gas BBQ. Please close umbrella at night.. wind = broken umbrella, the same for our screen door. There is a retractable clothesline for drying towels and suits. BOAT & RV PARKING EASY & AVAILABLE, just ask. Other things to note PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE GUIDELINES/RULES... you are responsible for knowing them, if you have questions, ask. Take note of our physical location before you book. Please check our short & long term cleaning fees in our house rules and be clear before you book, ask questions. We have always taken cleaning seriously but have upped the ante since covid and are having more long term stays which require more in depth cleaning. Depending on the state of the virus there may be at least a day between guests. All linens, blankets, pillows etc are sanitized between guests. All surfaces are sanitized.
