It is 1300 Square Feet all dedicated to our guests. Guests have their own private entrance. Owners live in the upper 2 levels of the home and have no need to enter guest space unless there are appliance or heating/cooling issues. Other things to note This space only accommodates 2 couples (each with respective queen bed) or a family (2 parents with 4 children) - 2 of the children can sleep in the queen bed and the 3rd and 4th can sleep on a sofa. No more than 6 guests total unless host agrees prior to reservation. No exceptions.
