We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. The space The entire first floor is yours and the basement has a washer and dryer at no charge. Guest access A new large deck on front of building. Please park at the rear of the building in the parking lot. Instructions are located in the check in section and house manual. Other things to note The upstairs apartments do each have a dog so there is some noise. And the apartment is located right on the Main Street so there can also be traffic noise.
