This charming quiet cottage is two blocks from the public beach, boat landing, five restaurants, and four pubs. You can also enjoy a glass of wine at our newest winery located one block from the cottage. This beautiful winery, Vincent William, can be viewed at Vincent William Wine. Stone Pillar offers a relaxed getaway with just enough spice to make the evening fun. The space Cottage is on a half acre lot with plenty of parking for cars and boats and a huge yard for recreation. Lake Erie is known for its sports fishing (Walleye) and recreational boating. Beach access is two blocks away. The two "couches" listed in the description are in addition to 2 full, 1 single, and 1 sofa bed. These "couches" are convertible ottomans that fold out to 75" x 27" narrow singles with 2" Linen spa gel/memory foam toppers. The total count of beds including the convertible ottomans is 6. All mattresses, box springs, and pillows are encased in Utopia hypoallergenic covers for your comfort and health. All bedding including blankets and bedspreads are washed and sanitized for each guest. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Please follow the house rules in respect for other guests. Guest access A coded lock box for self entry allows you to arrive at your convenience. The entire house and .5 acre lot is available for your use. In addition, there is a 6' x 6' lockable storage shed near the driveway that is available for your use. The shed is a great place to store bikes and beach toys. There is a charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit, and outdoor chairs for your use. Other things to note The cottage has a large lawn, shade trees, fire pit, picnic table, outdoor chairs, and a charcoal grill. The covered porch has love seats and a smokers station. With the lake and beach two blocks away, it is easy to enjoy your morning coffee on the beach at sunrise or catch a colorful sunset. We provide a standard coffee pot, filters, Arabica coffee, decaf, teas, and the beverage-fixings to get you started in the morning. We also provide breakfast items that you can fix yourself: cereal, frozen waffles, hash browns, eggs, pancake mix, milk, and more. We also provide basic spices and a large assortment of single-serve condiments.
