Just across the street is a scenic river walk, grassy park & the Choptank Lighthouse. Scooting downtown is no problem, just two blocks, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, art center & brewery. The space This wonderful cozy townhouse is in the perfect location to either scoot downtown or stroll along the beautiful Eastern Shore waterside landscape. There is lots of natural light and nautical decor throughout making you feel as though you are outside when you are inside. The bright airy kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc, a Keurig coffee maker, tea and bottled water in the fridge. Our eat-in living room has a large smart tv and there are fun board games in the basket under the table. There are also two additional chairs for the table (which folds out from rectangle to round) in the coat closet. There is speedy WiFi through out the townhouse for work and pleasure, and two universal phone chargers in the pass-thru opening between kitchen/living room. Upstairs is a full laundry service if needed - washer/dryer, pods & bounce sheets (4 each). Both bedrooms have nice remodeled full baths and smart tv's. Almost forgot....the living room has a pull out queen sofa bed. This home is directly across from the Cambridge Yacht Basin and just down the street from the Cambridge Yacht Club. It would be ideal lodging if you were sailing in and docking for the weekend; or a perfect layover if you decided explore the Eastern Shore for day trips. Cambridge is centrally located and would be an ideal home base for visiting Assateague, Ocean City, Berlin, St. Michaels, Tilghman, Easton, Hooper Island, Taylor Island - just to name a few!
