Ideally located, near Saint Augustin (50m), Bel Air (250m) and Hôpital Pellegrin (800m) clinics. 7 minutes by bus from Bordeaux center (bus stop 50 m from the studio). 30 minutes from Mérignac Airport by tram (direct line) and 30 minutes from Saint Jean train station (line 9) Parking is free on the street The space The studio is composed of: - A 140x200 2-seater sofa bed from "La Maison du Convertible". The box spring is entirely slatted and the memory mattress is very comfortable memory mattress (high quality daily bedding). - A fitted and equipped kitchen (dishes, induction cooktop, microwave and oven combination, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, combined coffee maker, "Dolce Gusto" kettle. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. - Bedding and bathroom linen are provided. - Cleaning fee offered if respect for the premises and checkout instructions. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be applied. - Pets not allowed. - No smoking. Guest access You can park on the street, all around the accommodation, FREE OF CHARGE. You will see marked “for a fee” on the ground, but parking has been canceled in our neighborhood. So you won't find any time stamps! And our area is very peaceful. Also you can walk to the center of the Bordeaux Saint Augustin district where you will find a first bakery 400m away then any type of shops 600m away with a very lively neighborhood life, animated by a small organic market on Wednesday mornings. Other things to note We welcome our guests on a possible time from 6pm to 11pm in the evening. However, from the time a check-in time has been set with guests, we ask that you respect this schedule commitment and contact the host for any delays.
