Other things to note We just finished doing MASSIVE retaining wall project in our backyard to fix a 100 year old retaining wall that decided it was done! :) Thankfully, we finished the main wall just in time before the rain/snow started falling. Unfortunately, not in time to plant any grass or finish the new gardens. This almost completed project does not affect your stay in the guesthouse any, it just means the view (from guesthouse kitchen) of our backyard is not as pretty as it will be in the spring/summer of 2024. Thank you for understanding. We strictly follow the AirBnB's enhanced cleaning protocol, as well as, use UV-C sanitizing lamp in each room of the guesthouse to ensure that each guest that stays feels safe and comfortable. WSU and UofI high-traffic weekends have a required two-night minimum stay.
