Other things to note Once confirmed, a Rental Agreement, Liability Form and HOA forms will be sent to be signed and returned. For grocery expenses, we require a deposit of $3,000 US Dollars. Groceries funds are paid separately, 30 days prior your arrival. You will have the option to pay in advanced with a wire transfer. The staff will take care of the grocery shopping for your group. The funds will cover the cost of food, drinks, alcohol and other purchases on your behalf plus 10%. The 10% shopping fee is added to your purchases, to cover the cost of gas (or outside shoppers as is sometimes needed) and will be added to your final bill. If there are remaining funds at the end of the stay, they will be refunded.
