The space This unit has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The first bathroom has a pedestal sink and shower with wand, while the second bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The living room sofa transforms into a queen size sleeper sofa adding additional sleeping for guests. The large kitchen boasts a roll-under sink, brand-new appliances and ample counter and cabinet space. It is stocked with kitchen essentials like pots and pans, bakeware, silverware and other items so that you can prepare home-cooked meals in your home away from home. There is a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer in the unit which allowing you to save time and money by conveniently doing laundry in the unit. Free parking is available in the dedicated parking lot, or on the street. Just a down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city's paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.
