The space Sommer Hus is located in the original Wine Country of Temecula on 2.55 Acres with amazing views of snow-capped mountains, the rolling hills of the Temecula Valley and local vineyards! The house is approximately 2600 SF with a huge great room outfitted with comfortable seating, pool table, TV (enjoy Netflix on us) and fully stocked coffee bar! Relax in the living room with amazing views of rolling hills while reading a book or watching TV. We have two private rooms (booked separately, check AirBnB for our other listing), each with queen beds, closet, USB ports and ceiling fans! We'll also have a goodie bag ready for you when you check in with your favorite snacks, water and sundries! The shared bathroom is a full bath with tub and shower and fully stocked! We have dedicated WIFI for business travelers as well! Enjoy keyless entry as well for an easy and convenient check in! Guest access If you’re vacationing in Southern California, we are conveniently located 1 hour from San Diego, about an hour from Orange County and about an hour and a half from Los Angeles! We are also within 5 minutes of shopping, 10 minutes of Old Town Temecula (with premier dining, antique shopping and bars) and 15 minutes of Pechanga Hotel and Casino! We are in the best location in Southern California! During your stay There is an on-site host to assist guests but keeps a low profile. The house is for the benefit of the guests. Other things to note Why not stay for a week! We offer discounts for longer stays! Please don't ask for couch surfing. Unfortunately the house is not set up for additional guests.
