With over 200 feet of waterfront you can enjoy both shallow and deep water from the boathouse docks. Whether bringing your own boat or opting to rent one the boat house is for guests use and can accommodate two boats approximately 30 feet in length. Via water we are located on the Lake Muskoka side of the Indian River narrows only minutes away from the Port Carling locks. This provides cottagers access to all three major lakes (Lake Muskoka, Rosseau, and Joseph). With our proximity to the Hub of Port Carling boat traffic is steady throughout the day. It’s a wonderful treat to watch the Segwun, North America’s oldest operating coal-fired steamship pass on by.
