The space This three bedroom house is a family oasis made with a lot of love and effort and the owner decided to rent it as they don’t live there anymore. Everything is hand made and done so that people can feel comfortable ,safe and have everything they need not only for a few days holiday but also for a long term stay. The house is situated on the first ,second floor and attic. It is perfect for a group of friends or family gatherings and the location can t be more perfect as from your balcony you are looking at the most important monument in the town-St.Tryphon cathedral. Although it is in the very city centre to walk to the nearest big supermarket you need 7 min slow walk and there is a small grocery shop down the street. The famous fruit and vegetable market is just 3 min walk from the house. The apartment has three air conditions (living room,one bedroom,and the third one is between the other two bedrooms which are connected ), heating and high-speed WiFi. Balcony A beautiful balcony with a table and two chairs where smokers can have a cigarette or a glass of wine while enjoying the view on the Old Town streets. It is actually really difficult to find an apartment with a balcony in the Old town so this is very appreciated by our guests. LIVING ROOM The cozy and authentic living room consists of a comfortable sofa,smartTV with international channels. The walls are painted by academic painters from our town which gives this place a special touch. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances including two medium-size refrigerators, small freezers, dishwasher, cooktop and oven, in addition to other modern kitchen amenities such as a coffee machine,microwave,toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a dining table with four chairs plus 2 bar chairs which are used by the boat model bar as shown on the photos. One of the elements of the kitchen is an original rock from Kotor hill as one of the walls is actually the part of the city stone wall and we are very proud to be different from all other apartments by having these authentic parts of history in our accommodation. BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms in the apartment.The first and second bedroom are on the second floor while the third one is in the attic. Balcony is connected with the big bedroom on the second floor. The two bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed while the third one has a king size bed , the good quality mattress, separate closets, shutters on the windows,mosquito nets and nightstands. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a bath ,washing machine and a dryer.A dryer is very important in the Old Town as many apartments doesn’t have an outside area to dry the wet clothes.We also have a drying rack on the balcony. Again -the bathroom has its own original touch as the painting on the wall is made by our famous academic artist from the town. PARKING The apartment doesn’t have its own free private parking spot as cars can t get inside of the Old Town.We may help you with the info where you can try to find public spot but you will have to have a lot of patience as there aren t so many.
