Our place is close everything! This includes the Arapahoe at Village Center Station RTD (The Light Rail), as well as major Hwys, restaurants, parks and shopping centers. You’ll love our place because of the affordability, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the convenience and the location. The space This condo is on the second floor. The bedroom has a king bed and walk in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, glasses and dishes. We try to be sure everything is there you need, however, we ask you to let us know if you miss something. There is a dishwasher, refridge, range/oven and microwave. The washer and dryer is inside the unit behind the front door. Guest access This condo is completely yours. On site we have a seasonal pool, very small gym, and a large patio with BBQ. You are welcome to use all these spaces. Trash chute is on the same floor as the condo, and recycle is available on the ground floor in the room marked 'laundry". Parking is in any open space in the complex. No storage of boats, trailers, motor cycles allowed.
