I bought an empty plot 9 years ago and have created my colourful, private and peaceful haven. The space My house has a Fully fenced ,lush landscaped garden with an abundance of native and exotic plants. Stone walls and steps ,large covered deck ,with lots more plantings and colour everywhere.Large concreted off street driveway. A wrap round verandah with plenty tables and chairs to enjoy an elevated position to watch an amazing sunset. Just added a Colourful Garden Lighting system carefully positioned to enhance the whole rear and side gardens ,looks magical. Neighbours are naturally screened off with native plantings. Plenty of parrots and other birds visit daily. ive a rockery and pond with lots of fish. Come and forget the daily grind ,pour a glass of complimentary wine and Relax. Guest access Guests are free to use the house,double driveway and secure gardens. The garage is converted to be my place if i am ever here , seperate from the house and garden. In the house I have added locks to some cabinets or doors that are for my private use or supplies . i do Not want any child or pet in my front fenced garden with the pond for safety reasons, Thank you.
