This private room is perfect for single travelers on long-term stays seeking a quiet, comfortable, and convenient space. Our home is in the heart of Shoreline, a mature, quiet neighborhood. Major bus routes to downtown Seattle are just a 5-10 minute walk away. Driveway parking is available. Please look at our other listings for more options. The space There are two homes on our property: a small bungalow in the front and the second larger home is directly behind it and is totally separate from the bungalow. The larger house is where this room is located. The Private Room is very quiet comfortable and features a full size bed, clean linens and duvet, fresh towels, reading lamp, desk and chair. The Bathroom is not attached but is next door to the bedroom. It is designated for guests only and may be shared with other house guests that might be staying in the house. Guest access Guests have access the downstairs living & dining area, kitchen and washer/dryer. Help yourself to a few pieces of fruit on our fruit trees in late summer and fall. Washer and dryer is available for guest use, but guests need to provide their own detergent/fabric softener. During your stay My husband and I live in the neighborhood, just a couple of blocks away and are always happy to chat if we're around. I work full time and my husband is semi-retired and is always happy to help. The best way to contact us is through Airbnb messaging. My daughter in law, Tiffany, helps us co-host our listings and responds to all messages as quickly as possible. We will respect your privacy and know you will respect ours. Other things to note Our home has few rooms listed on Airbnb. You will most likely see other guests. We ask all of our guests to be considerate of one another and to be respectful of their surroundings. Please note: the wifi is ideal for use such as email, social media and watching Netflix, although it can be slow. There are two security cameras placed outside pointing towards the front door and driveway areas. There are NO cameras in private places such as bedrooms or bathrooms. No devices will be recording for the duration of your stay.
