Levels include -loft (sofa and bunk bed); -main floor (full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, living room, and kitchen), and -the ground floor (counted as a second bedroom) (full bathroom, laundry, and a room with TV and sleeper sofa). The main floor is separated from the ground floor by the ceiling, not an actual door. A/C We do not have central air. We have two window air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and a ceiling fan in the loft. GUESTS WITH CHILDREN: Toys and books are available. FREE WIFI, TVs WITH BLU-RAY PLAYERS, AND A LIBRARY OF MOVIES Other things to note No housekeeping during stay. We do not have lake access or a boat dock.
