The Little Camp Bungalow is a small 1950's house that has been completely renovated. The space has two bedrooms, one new full bath, a new kitchen, dining area, and living area. The windows are large and the house is always filled with light. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, The Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Tryon Theatre, and all that downtown has to offer. We are also 13 miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center. AND! We have NO CLEANING FEE!!!! The space (While there are two single beds in the smaller bedroom, please note that the second twin is a pull out trundle) There is off-street private parking for at least two guest cars. There is a patio and new gas grill for guests to use as well. Our acre and a half property is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Guest access Next door to the Bungalow is the larger Little Camp Cottage. This house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, and two living areas (one up and one down). The two houses can be rented together or separately (see separate Little Camp Cottage listing). There is plenty of parking for two guest cars per house. Other things to note We will not knowingly rent to people under the age of 25 without adult/parent supervision staying in the house with them nightly. If this situation arises you will be asked to leave the property with no refund.
