Urban Eden is a town house of 60 m² (645 ft²) with 3 rooms and a small garden. It was recently renovated and is ideally located at a minute walk from the historical center and the station. Fully relax in the jacuzzi sheltered in the garden, or rest in the air-conditioned room equipped with a queen size bed... Forget your car and discover the old town of Bergerac, or even push further to Sarlat by taking the train! The space The house contains 3 rooms. On the ground floor, the living room opens widely onto the garden. It has a fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs are a small TV lounge and the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is 1 independent toilet on each floor. The decoration has been taken care of to give a fresh and relaxing atmosphere and, with the many plants, make it a real garden of eden in the heart of the city! The garden (40 m²) is composed of a large terrace (electric barbecue) not overlooked, surrounded by greenery, where you will enjoy sunbathing, and a large shelter in which we have intimately hidden a spa for 2 people for moments of relaxation after the day's walk.
