Fully air-conditioned, washer/dryer, 1.5 baths. Comes with high-chair, child gate, kids amenities (dishware, books, videos, etc.). Guest access The house is entirely available to those who rent it. Other things to note The house has a view of the water. It's located across the street from Lake Wawasee on Eli Lilly Road, between the lake bike path and the railroad tracks which are approximately 150 feet from the back of the house. The host offer private boat tours, boat rental, dock rental and several lake access suggestions including fishing tours, paddleboard rentals, bike rentals, access to two beaches and public piers.
