Ideal location for family holidays - only a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to Luçon with lots of shops and restaurants. Guest access You will have full access to the house , plus shared access to the games room, swimming pool, gym and gardens. Other things to note We have one other holiday cottage on the same site. This house is non-smoking. Pets are allowed in the house, but not on the beds. The house will be clean and tidy for your arrival and it should be left in the same condition.
