This 1-bedroom condo is a perfect choice to enjoy a romantic stay for two or bring along some friends and enjoy all Long Beach has to offer! The space Located in the heart of Long Beach with amazing beach access, you will be staying at the BEST location on the Peninsula! This cozy condo is light and bright and tastefully decorated with cottage beach decor. This building is safe and secure, requiring a code for entry. You can park free when you book the Seagull Soirée. This fantastic condo is exactly next to the landmark arch "World's Longest Beach." Once you step foot in the Seagull Soirée you will see why others are raving about this location! This condo is on the first floor, facing the west. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The condo includes all essential appliances including oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, crock pot and more. We've recently added a brand-new Coffee maker along with ground coffee and creamer. We also have a French Press and electric water kettle available for the tea drinkers! The private bedroom consists of a brand-new comfy queen-sized memory foam bed for extreme comfort. This condo has a full-size closet to store your clothing and belongings. Although this one bedroom is ideal for two, an additional sleeping option is available! We have recently added a sofa sleeper that sleeps two adults. The full-size memory foam mattress adds comfort for a good night's sleep. A large bathroom is appointed with granite counter tops, large cabinet with ample storage and a walk-in shower. Seagull Soirée is stocked with soap, shampoo, shower gel and big fluffy bath and hand towels along with two cotton robes. Makeup wipes and face clothes are also provided for your convenience. The sounds of the ocean will lull you to sleep and can often be heard even when the doors are closed! The electric fireplace is both beautiful and provides extra warmth on those blustery beach nights! The Seagull Soirée has everything you will need for an unforgettable getaway! We have a dryer available for guest use in the Condo. (Washing machine is out of order due to excess sand in drum). A coin operated washer and dryer is also available in the hallway for guest use. Washer and dryer loads take 4 quarters each. We supply laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There is a local transit bus and taxi service available. Bike and moped rentals are available just minutes from the condo. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the condo or on the patio. No exceptions. You will forfeit your stay if smoking occurs. Full-time owners who reside in the building are the first to ensure this rule is followed. Please smoke in the parking lot or on the path leading to the beach. There is a fire-pit available for your use just out in front of the condo. Please ensure you put the fire out prior to leaving it unattended. This is on state park land and available to the public. We are always just a text, telephone call, or email away and we let our guests enjoy their stay without any interruptions! We will make sure everything is set before you arrive! Please let us know if you have a special occasion or request. Bolstad Avenue provides the best access to the beach in all of the Peninsula! Paved bike and walkway make the 5-minute trip from the condo super easy. Or, if you prefer, you can drive on this beach so pack your car with a picnic lunch and find your own private little spot. There are numerous restaurants within minutes from your front door and for those who want to have some fun, a miniature golf course, arcade, go-kart track and horse stables are also within walking distance. Long Beach also has a movie theater just down the street from the condo. Neptune Theater What would a beach town be without specialty shops? Just one block away you will find all the fun shopping you need to pick up those cool souvenirs. There is a local transit bus and taxi service available. Bike and moped rentals are available just minutes from the condo. Guest access There is a fire-pit available for your use just out in front of the condo. Please ensure you put the fire out prior to leaving it unattended. The fire pit is on state park land so please ensure you clean up after yourselves.
