The space The BARN HOUSE at Franny's Farm was custom designed and built by the owners/farmers/construction engineer. It is one-of-a-kind, unique, passive solar, green certified example of fine building. There is lots of activity on the farm with the owners living on site, farm labor, visitors, animals and more. Visit the animals and by all means give them a carrot and they'll love you forever. Tour the gardens and see what is growing. There may even be the freshest ingredients you can harvest from the garden or purchase from the farm store. Walk in the pollinator garden and on the Moonshine Mary Trail. Gathering around the fire pit to socialize, relax and star gaze is favored by all. Other things to note The Barn House accommodates 6 guests plus children under age 12. Any additional guest is $100 per night. Please alert us before arrival so we can have the bed linens prepared. A cancellation the week prior to reservation date receives a 50% refund. Our policy is to refund the guest 100% if the reservation is filled by a new occupant.
