The guest house is private and quiet, next to the main house. We have a large yard, with woods, trails, flowers and a pond with a waterfall that is nice to relax near in the summer. We are about 10 minutes from all the modern shopping conveniences. Perfect for couples, and solo adventurers, and traveling for work. Most of our guests have stayed 6 weeks to 3 months. The space The guest house is private and quiet. It's located on 5 acres next to the main house. It has a spacious living area with a queen sofa bed and chaise. A flat screen TV. Table and 2 chairs for eating or a workspace. There is also a cubby for pets and a storage cubby. The kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave,coffee pot, crock pot, rice maker, blender, mixer, toaster. It has all dinnerware, cookware, and utensils you should need. It also has coffee, sugar, flour, tea,, and a few spices to get you by for a few days. It has a Peninsula with 2 bar stools to eat at. The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and closet space. Small iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, walk in shower and washer and dryer. Towels, hair dryer, and enough Toilet paper, shampoo etc...and laundry soap for a few days. Guest access The guest house is located on our property. It has a separate entrance off of the garage. Our guests feel it is very private. Other things to note We have had trouble with internet speed in the past because we had no good reliable options. We recently invested in Starlink and now have very fast internet. So working from home ( the Guest house) should be a viable option now. The TV is a smart TV. We do not have cable, but streaming services work well.
