Two furnished patios for open air eating [two dining tables with chairs and cushions; 1 bistro table and chairs] and relaxing [3 comfortable chaise lounges]; charcoal grill and fire pit are provided. 3 furnished bedrooms with queen size beds [two are deluxe pillow top, one a Karen Neuburger firm], and one with a single. 2 modern bathrooms with showers. Spring water bubbler for drinking. Washing/bathing water is filtered from on site well. Central heat & air conditioning. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Living room with expanded cable HD t.v.. TV with dvd player available in master bedroom. Wireless internet is available inside and out. We treat this cottage like a second home. This means lots of LOVE has gone, and continues to go, into it. From the furniture to the bedding, from the garden to the fabrics, it meets our standards of quality and beauty. Scattered around the cottage are handmade fabrics, furnishings, and decorations from Egypt, Thailand, France, Cambodia, Yemen, Pakistan, Jerusalem, Jordan, and the American southwest. We choose to host people who will love it back, at least for the brief time they are here. Guest access You will have full, private access to the cottage [1400 sq. feet], screen in porch, and over 400 square feet of outdoor patio grounds, plus gardens. Internet and HD cable [including extended sports channels], fire pit, charcoal grill, and full kitchen are included. Ample parking for multiple cars. Clean bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. As this is a traditional Michiana cottage, one of its features is limited closet space. We come out to landscape and clean patios between each guest (the house is professionally cleaned), so we do have clothing in the closets, spices and goods, frozen food items, and condiments in the refrigerator (we are happy to share these). We have done our best to provide some drawers for guests and we are happy to share the limited closet space we have. Other things to note We do not allow smoking or pets, to protect the health of all of our guests. Although the cottage holds more, we have decided to limit guests to 5 maximum to maintain the long term quality of our cottage.
