Relax in the new lanai, or enjoy breakfast or a drink overlooking the canal. All utilities and pool/lawn maintenance are included with the monthly rental, along with internet. Relaxing 9. Tarpon Point - great restaurant on the water! 10. local shopping/grocery Guest access The entire home is available for rent. One bathroom is handicap accessible. Garage may be used by owner. Other things to note Renter uses pool and house at their own risk. Owners are indemnified from any issues that may arise. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis. Most pets are approved if well behaved and toilet trained. There is a $250 non-refundable fee which would be added to guest reservation. Owners are fully responsible for any damage that may be caused by pet, resulting from stay. This would be paid with security deposit after stay. Pets must be on a leash at all times. The lanai rock area is not for pets. Please walk them outside on the grass and pick up after them. There is currently no fence in yard. No smoking in unit ($250) fee will be assessed.
