Please note - Linen is NOT supplied you will need to bring sheets, towels, pillow slips and tea towel Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable. Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.  Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests.
