The space The first floor of each wing contains 2 bedrooms with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool and courtyard along with 3rd bedroom in the East Wing and an additional family room convertible to an extra bedroom in the West Wing. East Wing. Master suite has a king bed. Guest suite has a king bed and 3rd bedroom has a full queen size fold out sleeper sofa. West Wing. Master suite has a king bed. Guest master suite has a king bed and the family room has a queen sized fold out sleeper sofa. The 2nd floor of each wing consist of a complete modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 240 sf covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean. Villa is 4200 sq ft (both wings) 2 miles long beach is a few steps away with super white powder, turquoise water, safe for both adults and children. Enjoy the provided kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs and umbrellas. Other things to note High Speed internet available enabling you to do video conference and work calls, if necessary. Private chef/catering, grocery pre-stock available upon request. Baby crib and babysitter are available upon request. Ocean Kayaks and paddle boards, snorkeling equipment. Our management team will help you to set up Chefs, pre-arrival grocery, baby crib, tours recommendations), and all other kind of arrangements you may need. Villa is about 4000 sq feet. Both wings of the Villa are being rented together. No sharing with other guests. Full privacy guaranteed. There are 2 outdoor cameras, facing the road. The cameras are essential for the security of the guests and their protection. Out of respect for the privacy of our guests. each camera faces away from the property and has a fixed view away from the guest areas.
