We have owned Play-N-Hooky as a second home since September 2008. It is waterfront. We have a volleyball court, basketball backboard, and corn hole game for fun play. We have six high deck chairs and a porch swing up on the deck. Down below we have many chairs, and three swings. There is a hot and cold shower down below deck for easy sand clean off after beach time. The space The entire 3 BR, 2 BA house will be yours. We live only 10 miles away and spend most days on Surfside so we are never far away if you need something. You are going to love Surfside. Guest access You get it all. Other things to note Sit back, relax, watch the waves, birds, dolphin and bait fish. Glance to your right and see ships of all types motor through the Freeport Channel to the Gulf and to the Intercoastal Canal.
