The space This listing is for our Studio Apartment. The studio space is unique for being cosy, private and having full equipped facilities suitable for short and long stays. Ideal for couples or business trips. The space is spotlessly clean and well lit with large windows and lamps. Studio Apartment sleeps up to 6, with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 queen size sofa bed and 1 futon bed. The studio comes with a well-equipped open-plan kitchenette ( kitchen utensils and crockery), sweet dining area and private fully fitted bathroom. The kitchenette includes a large fridge/freezer, a stove, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The price for this service depends on the quantity of guests. 3) Gas Grill with all necessary BBQ accessories and a dining area. It costs 30 EUR per 2 hours. 4) Meeting spaces ideally constructed for trainings, seminars, conferences and business meetings. Other things to note Every additional adult OR child is considered as an extra guest and does cost just a little extra (please select the correct number of guests). Please note: our standard check in times are between 4 pm - 11 pm. Check out is by 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and the possibility of a fee. We’d like to remind you to respect others whilst staying in the hotel, bearing in mind not to disrupt our other guests’ stay.
