Single house with sea view from all rooms, with large livable veranda of approx. 30, from which you can admire beautiful sunsets over the sea. In the adjacent garden, fenced and closed by a gate, cars, boats and animals can find a place. The nearby beach, less than 150 meters away, is free and it is possible to find large spaces available all year round. The large inlet, offshore, is sheltered by a natural rocky barrier which eliminates the currents and makes bathing very safe. In the small port adjacent to the beach you can find freshly caught fish from local fishermen. The road that south of the gulf of Oristano "serves" the Costa Verde moves throughout the northern stretch away from the coast. Only in one point does it approach almost to touch the bottom of an inlet, Porto Palma, which boasts its own beach, known with the same name but also as Tunaria, because it coexisted for a long time with a tonnara which had been built by Genoese entrepreneurs in the seventeenth century. The premises once used for fishing, overlooking the sea from a slight slope, were then transformed into tourist-seaside residences, and a small village developed around it, a mix of fishermen's houses and accommodation for vacationers. The beach immediately describes under a semicircle that stretches for a few hundred meters. It is of sand mixed with gravel, deriving from the weathering of the dark rocks that close it on both sides. The waters have a color ranging from dark blue to green, due to the presence of rocks; the seabed, sandy only in the first part, rapidly descends beyond the shore. Not very popular even in the high season, Porto Palma is a self-service beach, swimmers provide equipment and supplies. However, it has a refreshment point on the edge, and other services are available within the village, in particular a restaurant and grocery stores. In the southern part of the beach there is a small landing place where residents and fishermen keep their boats. The locality, it was said, is easily accessible from the road which, following the Costa Verde, goes from Sant'Antonio di Santadi to the dunes of Piscinas. In fact, almost seven kilometers from the first resort and twenty from the second, it approaches the coast until it almost touches the village: a marked crossroads leads to a detour that after 700 meters leads to the parking lots inside the village and overlooking the beach.
