Access to the annex is along the front of the property and the main house we usually access via side door into the kitchen and conservatory. The conservatory leads into the garden and the kitchen, the kitchen leads into a middle reception room 3 which itself leads to the main 9m long lounge with stunning garden views, leather sofas a 4k Samsung curved TV and a PS4 and dining table for 6. The middle room also leads to the downstairs toilet / wash and utility room as well as to the right out of the kitchen and into the third reception room, housing a multi fuel stove, leather sofa and the door to the front as well as upstairs. A walk over the road to Nuptown lane and up the track 1 km leads to delightful Ferneygrove Farm cafe serving glorious food with views over Thames Valley or walk or cycle to The Winning Post or Stirrups for a superb meal.
