The old natural stone house from the year 1940 has only recently been completely renovated in 2014, when it was converted into two attached units. There are two rental options: Object 981001 is the entire building for up to 12 persons while object 1272578 is only one half of the building for up to 6 persons. For both options, guests have exclusive use of the private pool and land (when only half of the house is booked, the other half remains empty). This booking option offers 120 m² of living space. The villa can accommodate 4-6 persons. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, furnished with shabby-chic furniture and equipped with all the necessary household appliances.
