Set on its own, the house is surrounded by fields, tracks, rivers and woodlands, perfect for exploring by foot, by bike, or maybe walking the dog! You're not too far from civilisation, however, as only 2 kms away is the village of La Trimouille, where you will find a well stocked grocery shop (including bread and pastries), café/restaurant, post office, and cinema. Located in the department of the Vienne, with its peaceful countryside, ancient castles and medieval towns and villages, La Braudière provides a brilliant base for a holiday. Behind the house, there is a lawned area, a further table and chairs, and steps leading up to a large grassy field. This is not enclosed. Parking. Private parking available.
