The neighborhood is amazing, right in the heart of old Gyumri. The apartment is freshly renovated, has everything tourists would need. Its bedroom area is subtly isolated from the main area through shelves that add coziness to the place. The bed is queen size, with a super comfortable new mattress, the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one adult or two kids. We will make sure you enjoy your stay and will give you tips on places to visit. The space There are some 3 stairs to the entrance and a small private porch, perfect for coffee time and smokers. When smoking, though, please close the door and window, to prevent the smoke from entering the apartment.
