This charming cozy loft has all the comforts of home. The recessed lighting (dimmers in living room and bedroom area) can set the mood for any occasion. The stacked w/d in bathroom are a super convenience! Off street parking is supplied and the secure private deck with video surveillance is a great gathering place! The apartment is located downtown on Main Street. A convenience store and several restaurants are within walking distance. A real gem! The space The loft is located on the second floor and there is no elevator so if you have problems with stairs this loft is not for you. Many Airbnb’s just rent you a room in their home. In this cozy loft you enjoy the privacy of your very own space. Want to cook? The kitchen is fully equipped! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy Oliver’s Landing (the deck). It’s just a step out your back door! Other things to note We try to be very accommodating with check in and check out times. House rules say in at 4 pm and out by 11 am. But if you let us know you’re a couple hours early or won’t arrive til midnight, no worries! And if you need an hour or two extra at check out, just let us know.
